Tough descision....

I made a tough decision today, and told one of my bridesmaids that she didn't seem to be interested in the wedding and gave her the out. I feel terrible, but she has such an attitude, and was upsetting me/girls and stressing me out.

I probably just ruined a friendship, but alas I guess it wasn't a good one to start with.

    Wow, I am sorry to had to make that difficult decision.  I am sure it wasn't easy to make.  Probably better though that you did it now and didn't wait until closer to the wedding.  I am sure it will save you undue stress down the line.

    I thought I was the only one in that position.. My wedding is next weekend (10-10-10) and I had to do the same thing. I lost a bridesmaid about 4 days ago!! 

    Honestly, Im better off without her. You learn who your friends are :) Hope everything works out!!!
