Does anyone know of a site or tool that calculates how much of what you need for a wedding. We are buying all of our own alcohol and I want to make sure we get enough of everything and buy the correct things that people like.

We are stocking a full bar for our wedding too. The site coordinator had a sheet that helped with quantities and the liquor store we worked with also had some guidance as well as far as quantities go. (We used Thomas liquors and they were great - you can also return any unopened bottles.)

I was told for beer plan for 2 drinks/guest for the first 2 hours and 1 per guest for each hour after that. This includes guests that don't drink since some guests will obviously be drinking more than others.
