What are you guys serving for dinner at your Vineyard Weddings?

The only thing I have thought up so far is cheese and fruit for the appetizer to go with the wines people will be sampling.

    Slow Grilled Tri-Tip Beef, Sliced Tomatoes with Mozzarella & Basil vinaigrette, Red Potatoes with Fresh Herbs, Sauteed Fresh Vegetables, and Toasted Garlic French Bread.

    The vineyard owners are also the caterers and are well know locally for making amazing food.
