So I know I shouldn't really know anythinga bout my shower.. but with one MOH quitting because her and the other MOH don't get along, I've become MUCH more involved...
So when I first annouced my bridal shower date, my boss and my good friend both were out of town and couldn't go. Last week one of my grandma's said she is working and doesn't think she can get out of it. One of my bms is possibly working and won't be there...and it is being held at her parent's house... and today 4 people from my office said that one of their children's bdays are that day and since i work for a family run business they won't be able to make it because that is their grandchild/nephew/daughter. My mum doesn't live around here so I don't know if she'll be able to make it. So far there are like 10-15 people who should be there... but I'm just bummed.
On top of that, i'm just sorta frustrated that I invited anyone from work anyway. I only like a handful of them, the rest I just invited because in my office you just sorta have to invite all or none.. we work too close and i would NEVER hear the end of it.
Anyway, I know it'll be fine. I'm worried that none of FI's family wants to come because it isn't a shower for him...
I know I'm worrying for no reason but I can't help but feel bummed today.
