Fishy dress smell

I am very close to buying a Maggie Sottero from a reputable bridal salon in town but it has a weird fishy smell in the armpit area but inside the dress NOT outside. Do you think I could spray febreeze on the inside of the gown where it smells?? What have you all done to get rid of the smell?

    I bought a Maggie Sottero dress and it does not smell. I would say have it professionally cleaned because you have no idea where that smell came from and that could be scary. Where is the boutique you bought it from if you don't mind me asking?
