Happy Friday Everyone!

I hope you had a great week! Any awesome plans for the weekend?

I got a dress from asos last night that I'm planning on wearing for our anniversary shoot with Joanna. It's (hopefully) going to be perfect! Now I just need to figure out shoes to wear with it for our waterfall picnic.

Also, this week was my first week of drama classes (that I'm taking to get my specialist). I got to do a workshop on stage combat yesterday! It was SO cool. I learned how to punch, slap, and choke someone to death. It was wild. If I'm going to have to spend my summer inside a room with no windows, that's how I'd want to do it!

I'm taking that bridesmaid dress in to get altered today, which is my big wedding related thing. Oh! And perfecting the recipe for the non-alcoholic drinks! I'm thinking Moroccan Minted Iced Tea and Raspberry Lemonade.

That dress is amazing!!! I love it! :)

I don't have any exciting plans tonight. FI has talked me into running errands with him in exchange for him treating me to dinner :P

Tomorrow is my bridal shower (CRAZY!) and Sunday we're just planning on taking it easy for most of the day and then going to look at three houses in the area, and hopefully we'll fall in love with one of them and submit an offer next week :)

LOVE that dress, kaesha!  So lovely (is it wrong to drool over the keyboard?)  LOL  :)

No big plans either, but I definitely need to catch up on some zzzz's this weekend.  DH and I were kinda sleep deprived this week, so we need a bit of destressing.  Like Brea, also continuing our house hunting over the weekend - pulled some listings that look hopeful - fingers crossed!!  :)

I love the colors, perhaps gold shoes?  Perhaps rose colored heels?  Hmmm....

Excited today I get my brand new SUP board, then I can go paddle boarding anytime I want.  But I have to figure out how to fit a 11 foot board in my Toyota Matrix.  I think I may need a roof rack.  Saturday going to do round two of dress shopping, actual bridal salons and not DB like I did the first time.  One of the salons is having a trunk show of Watters/WToo which I love one of the dresses in the collection so I'm excited!  Sunday is a chill day, going to take Maus to the dog beach to meet up with other Weimaraner owners so she can puppy socialize.

Good luck on your house hunting ladies, and Kaesha the Moroccan mint iced tea sounds so good right now cause it is so hot here.

I think Gold shoes. The dress is lovely.

This is our big stock up weekend that we do every month so FI and I will hit Costco and all of the other warehouse stores to fill the pantries.  Its nice because then we really only hit the grocery store two or three more times the rest of the month.  He will work OT Sat. and Sun. cleaning the garage. Nothing exciting. May hit a movie or invite friends over.

@Breaness, Have fun at your shower!

LOVE the dress!!  I would love to see it paired with gold or bronze flat sandals for a laid back & pretty vibe.

I also love these, but not as much for this dress:

Lots of us house-hunting these days.  I'm so frustrated with this process.  We have put in 2 offers now on this one place, and the sellers budged a whopping $5k.  UGH.

No plans for this weekend other than writing more thank you cards.  Also UGH!  I think I will put our registry Le Creuset to test with a tasty dish, and maybe make some Mint Iced Tea Ice Cream -- idea totally stolen from Alyson :)

Ooh, gold shoes would be hot! Love the dress.

Brea- I can't believe your shower is this weekend!

Lyn- I'm always so envious of all the fun water activities you get to do.

FI is going to be painting the house all weekend.  I'm going to be working on the inside, wedding stuff, make raspberry jam and work on the yard. We are going to look at new fridges tonight. Also have a party Saturday night.

I am trying to buy tickets to go see Adele right now and the website won't come up!!!!!!

    Love Love Love the dress!

Kimmy-Love Adele. She rocks! Good luck getting tics.

Lyn-Nice that you purchased a SUP. A good friend of mine is a pro surfer/shaper and his specialty is SUP. Maybe I'll see you out on the water one of these days (if I haven't already).

Tomorrow, I get to witness one of my dearest and oldest friends get married to the man of her dreams (a high school sweetheart in disguise). I'm uber excited for them! It's going to be a small intimate backyard wedding and the whole thing is DYI. I cannot wait!

Then Sunday, it's Sunday Funday in the Sun with my BFF. I think we may be going SUP or maybe hydrobiking...either way, it's going to be good times all around.

    Happy Weekened Everyone!

<div>Ugh that's no fun at all. This is going to be our first time offering on a non-short sale if things go well this weekend and I'm hoping we can get them down a little bit. We were pre-approved for the asking price, but we want to try to get them down $15k or so.</div>

Definitely can be done, the sellers of the house we are buying accepted 10K less than what the asking price was.  Hoping to close escrow in three weeks.  Its some craziness.

Ugh.  We're about to list our house, and an almost identical one down the street just dropped their price again.  They've gone down $15k in under the 26 days it's been on the market.  They've moved out already, so I think they're desperate to sell.  Doesn't bode well though for comparables. At least my place is clean, well maintained and doesn't need a brand new paint job!!
Also writing a paper for a masters class I'm taking.  Not very thrilling, but I'm trying to get it don'e this weekend so I can get on with my summer vacation and not have to do any more work.  Have fun shopping and relaxing everyone!!
