Love this snow...

but hate that I had to come to work. I love the look of snow and soooo wish my wedding was on a day like today...the photos would be GORGEOUS!

Anyone else have to come to work in the snow? I work for a utility and we are a must in the bad weather.

I called in. I was not attempting to drive. But I did mention to my boss yesterday that I may not make it, so it wasn't a total surprise.

JSweetie - I totally agree the pictures would be absolutely gorgeous! But, it's a risk winter brides take - great pics, but possibly not a lot of guests. I would have loved a December / Christmas-y wedding, but was told that time of year is too busy. Jan / Feb were out due to snow. Didn't want to take any chances - so we went with June!

Congrats to all the upcoming winter brides! You will have some awesome pictures!

Edit - And unless there are any lurkers, you are the next one!

I always LOVED fall weddings and always thought that's what I would plan, but I didn't WANT ANY CHANCE of even a flurry on my wedding day! Lol so that's why we picked June as well.
