Proper way to address invitation for Priest and Deacon

Hey ladies, I know this may have been posted before, but what is the proper way to address the invite for the priest and deacon? I thought I had this info bookmarked somewhere, but can't find it when I need it. TIA

I assume this means on the envelope and not as a heading in a letter, right?

    Diocesan priest: The Reverend
Priests who are members of religious orders: The Reverend Father
Priests with various grades of jurisdiction above pastor: The Very Reverend
Priests who are abbots of monasteries: The Right Reverend

I'm not too sure about deacons but I assume it's Reverend Mr. if he's a deacon on his way to be a priest or just Deacon if he's a permanent deacon.  But check on that.

    Transitional deacon: Reverend Mr.
    Deacon: Deacon
