  Ariana Waterfall Catering in West Hempstead (http://www.arianawaterfallcatering.com/) offers all-inclusive packages for 100 guests for around $10,000.  I have also heard that Jericho Terrace in Mineola (http://www.jerichoterrace.com/) and the Coral House in Baldwin (http://www.coralhouse.com/weddings_packages.html) can be very affordable depending on the time of year and day of the week that you want to get married.
  
  As far as time of year goes, May through September will likely be most expenses, and you can generally get the deepest discounts in November and March.  As for days, think Friday night, Sunday, or Saturday afternoon.  Saturday night will be the most expensive.

  since you're on a budget for a large number of people maybe you should consider hiring a wedding planner who normally does budget weddings on a dialy basis. that way they already have established connections and know all the affordable places that still offer great service.we recently hired elite(b)events and she specializes in elegant unique weddings on a budget. so far she is great to work with, has great reviews,very knowledgeable, very professional, and the best part is she specializes in budget weddings! check her out she may be able to help you. my wedding is in the city and she is doing a great job of that but she is actually from nassau county so im sure she has great connections there as well!

  Crest hollow country club in woodbury and chateau la mer in lindenhurst were both very inexpensive depending on ur party size

  I'm going to be blunt and say u wont find anything for 10k or under. Maybe JUST a venue but then u wouldn't have any vendors. I think 10k u might have to go the nontraditional route. My cousin had a gorgeous beach wedding with about 50 ppl and we had dinner afterwards. You want an LI wedding the reality is that's need to be willing to spend money.
