Hyatt Lodge Vendor suggestions?

Hi, I'm getting married at the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook next spring (2012). I'm looking for good vendors in the area, specifically florists and photographers.  They have a list of preferred vendors, but I'm wondering if anyone who has been married there or is getting married there has any suggestions. Thanks!

    I had my reception there in september. We did not use any of their preferred vendors.  All my vendors were great.  We used....

    DJ: Roberto Monastero
    Florist: Vale of Enna
    DOC: Anthony Navarro
    Chairs: Tablescapes
    Linens: Windy City Linens
    Photo: S1
    Video: Blink of an Eye

    I had my reception at Hinsdale Golf Club.  We used Deonna Caruso for our photographer and really liked her.  We're waiting on the final pictures, but the e-pics turned out great and she was very easy to work with.  Friendly and professional.

    I'm not getting married at Hyatt Lodge, but I am getting married in the area, so hopefully this is of some help to you!

    Photographer: Tasha Schalk, Redwall Photography
    Florist: Town and Country Gardens, Geneva (they also have an Elgin studio, but we've only been to the Geneva locaton).
    DOC: Karolina Warren of Weddings by Karolina (just booked yesterday thanks to recommendations here!)

    I obviously haven't had my wedding yet, but I highly recommend all three.  Good luck!  Hyatt Lodge is so gorgeous.  My fiance's cousin had her reception there almost three years ago and it was stunning.  The late night cheeseburgers were a HUGE hit!

    Hi Lodge Knotties - anyone else fall into the 2012 group?

    I know someone else is getting married there the same day as our vow renewal...just wondering is she's around here....

    I'm not getting married at the Hyatt Lodge, but most of my vendors travel. Here are my vendors, my wedding is in about three weeks so no final reviews.

    DJ: DJ Signik (friend of FI's)
    Florist: Miller's Florist (Blue Island)

    Thanks everyone for the great replies!  I'm making a little bit of progress in the planning.  So far, we have booked George Street for the photo/video, and we are in the process of firming things up with Revelation Studios for the DJ (at the recommendation of my fried who is a very well known DJ at several of the high end clubs in Chicago).

    For the people who have already had your wedding, can you tell me what made you choose your florist?  There are so many to choose from, I don't know where to start.
