Grandma at Bach Party?

My bachelorette party is in a couple weeks and it's going to be broken into two parts: a burlesque show and dancing/drinking afterwards.  Some of my family (mom, grandma, etc) has expressed interest in going to the burlesque show and then calling it quits afterwards. Is this weird? My family is super wacky and liberal and I know my grandma would be a trip at a drag queen burlesque show. Obviously it would just be the younger crowd going out afterwards. Is it weird to let my grandmother go? And would this make you feel uncomfortable?

i guess it all depends on your grandma and family. my grandparents are old and cuban and sneezing the wrong way could offend them to no return SO, they will not be attending my b-party lol. one grandma hates drinking and the mere mention of it and the other grandma loves all thigs crazy and wild so it would be weird for either of my 70 year old grandparents present..

I invited my mom and grandma to my bach party. they both kindly declined but it wouldn't have been too weird. I don't think it would be weird if your family is liberal and you all can have fun together!

No, it's not weird at all.  If my grandma was still alive, I would love to have her with me at my B-Party!  Like you said, they won't go out with you all afterwards, but it sounds like she's hip enough to have a great time at the burlesque show!
