  I looked online a little for the ceremony venue. But I chose at both places with the first walk through as they were exactly what we were looking for.
  
  We asked about bringing in our own catering, times we can use it, process for parking, deposit amount, when balance is due, clean up costs, how many people can be in there, can we have alochol, can we use all our own vendors.

  I looked online and e-mail a lot of places. When I found Rusty Pelican it was the only place I went to visit. My number one concern was my budget so I asked basically when it was the cheapest time to book (what month, time of day, day of week) and set my date that way. I asked about prices for dinner, chair covers, bows, ceremony site, any extra fee for clean up. Looked at what was included in all the packages, preferred vendor list, asked about references and how much experience they had with weddings.
