Venue with 45 mile radius of Seattle around $2k

I'm looking for a Venue preferably by the water, and either allow outside caterers or have somewhat inexpensive menu items. For food, venue, tables, linens and chairs I'm looking to be around 5k or less. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

Also caterer ideas????

I'm getting married there on 6/30/11. They provide tables and chairs, and you can have any caterer you want. It is one black from greenlake, and it is gorgeous.
