    I did ask her! it is by the designer, Novia d'art.   She got her dress at a small boutique here in Houston. It is from their 2010 collection, so I haven't found it on their website and have only found it as a tea length dress online when I have. Im debating maybe having one made to look like it if I cant find it. oh and the dress itself is called " zambra" I believe
