alterations costs?

Hi ladies!

Can anyone tell me an average price for alterations? I'm just trying to get an idea of what is fair. I know that I will need to have the bodice taken in and a bustle. Thanks!!

    I got mine done at Davids Bridal and mine was like $200 for everything (hem, taking it out, and a 6 hook bustle)...but my dress was also lace so it cost more to the hem and stuff. HTH

    MIine cost me 250$.  I had a seven tie bustle added, sheer cap sleeves, a modesty panel, the straps shortened, cups sewn in and the hem shortened.  

    The bodice taken in is about one hundred dollars by itself.

    I am using Jeanine and I had it taken in several inches, hemmed, and a french bustle for 150.

    Mine were $150 for a hem, bustle, adding boning, and taking the straps in, adding bra hook/clips, and the straps were all sequined and beaded.

    I went to Judy King, The Seamstress.  I will go to her again for other alterations.
