Small Outdoor Wedding site-new start up

I have small  woodland area off main roads in Wake Co.and would like to turn it into a wedding ceremony site. I'd appreciate any feedback on this idea. Thank you!

    I would need more information to give you my opinion.

    How many people will it accomodate?
    Is there a building/shelter?
    Restrooms?
    What do you comsider a "woodland" area?  Pictures?
