Microsoft word 2011 for the MAC

Does anyone use this program.  We're trying to figure out how to print envelopes.  It wont work and it keeps requesting a business name for our return address.  We've done numerous searches to find a way to get rid of the person information and we just cant seem to find it.

Does anyone have some insight to share?

    eeek using word for MAC is tricky - there are special ways to download aspects of the program so that it is compatible but I don't use MS for my mac just to save headaches :P

    have you googled your problem? sorry i'm not much help :(

    Yup!  We've googled 100 times!  We've done test prints on paper and it works but once the envelope is in there it doesn't work and the printer needs to clean itself.

    It is so frustrating!

    I use the iWorks program! It's awesome, especially Keynote (Mac's PowerPoint). The Word program is called pages. iWorks really isn't expensive like Microsoft Office Suite... I think it was around 50 bucks and SO worth it. You can save all of your documents so that they're compatiable to MS Office.

    Thank you for all the info.  We just finished now!  What a process.  We'll have to look into those programs for when it comes time to do the invitations.
