getting married at the Bellagio but want to use different caterer

Does anyone know if I was to get married at the bellagio, buy a ceremony package use the Penthouse suite for our stay as well as a small intimate reception can I use a cheaper caterer outside of the property? same with liquor, wonder if I can just go to the liquor store and buy a bit of my own liquor for the short time that we will all be in the penthouse?? Anyone have experience with this? thx

    Otherwise, I would ask the place itself if they allow outsude caterers.

    I agree with MilkDuds.  I have coordinated many meetings with Las Vegas hotels and many other hotels all around the country and all of them would look at me like I had three heads if I asked if it would be ok to use an outside caterer for food. 

    Like PP said, that is how hotels make their money and I really doubt a high end hotel like the Bellagio would let this happen no matter how much money you spend on your wedding package.

    If you are concerned about the price of food/your budget then I suggest you looking elsewhere.

    The company I work for recently catered a business conference lunch that was held at the MGM (which is the same company as Bellagio). It was out at the pool and there were a bunch of different companies there like Panera and whatnot. I would call the Bellagio and see what they have to say.
