Poor Etiquette...

Dear owners of "Variety Works,"

I received a PM from your organization in March 2012 advertising your venue and asking if I would like to see photos and receive additional information.  I am sure this was a copy/paste e-mail you sent out to everyone in the Atlanta, Georgia area; however, this is poor taste and even worse etiquette.

First of all, I was married in August 2011.  If you had read a snippet of my information instead of sending out a blind private message, you would have realized this and saved yourself from embarrassment.

Second, because of your poor private message, I will be sure to tell my engaged friends to avoid your venue like the plague.  If you cannot adhere to etiquette or professionalism as it pertains to a public message board, what does that say about your business sense in general?

Third, I attempted to report your private message to theknot.com, but there is an error on the website.  If you are a vendor, you should pay for an ad.

Regards,
A much more professional person than your company's representative.
