Seriously Men's Wearhouse???

How do you not have pants or ties for people to try on?  Also you do not know how to take proper measurements and your customer service STINKS!!
I'm ready to look somewhere else unfortunately half of the guys already put down a deposit when they got measure a few months ago.  Shame on you!  Why even have a store when there's nothing in it!
Sorry just very disappointed!

    Sorry you are having issues.

We had nothing but fantastic service from our location.   They had plenty of pants to try on.

I've never heard of anyone trying on a tie though.
All our groomsmen were from different places and all went to their local MW to get their measurements done.  We didn't have one single issue when they went to pick the tuxes up the day before the wedding.

Maybe you should try another location or give the HQ a call.

They had nothing to try on at the store we went to. Maybe a jacket, but definitely not pants. I thought it was ridiculous. And when my DH's tux came in, he looked like he was wearing hammer pants, and they kept insisting everything was fine. Um no you fool, he shouldn't be tripping over the back of the pants. I almost lost it on them.

I am soooo sick of MW! I have been in two locations, and while they are both unfriendly, the Middletown location is just plain rude. I can't wait to be done with them. If we didn't have so many guys in different locations we would've gone with Sossi.

We had similar issues...that is, with horrible measurements, we had groomsmen that got the wrong tuxes days before the wedding...they all had an issue...some were able to "trade"...one poor guy had to wear his jacket all night because his pants were so short, that he had to wear them lower than his waist and so wore his jacket ALL THE TIME so as not to have anyone see his undies.  he didn't even dance.  Thankfully, savvi (we were in the danbury mall) CLOSED!!! When i went christmas shopping i saw it was closed and I was like "good thing:

Our service at MW was great in the Elmsford location as well as the Bronx location. None of the guys tried on Pants just jackets, and they even got my brothers stuf right and he just called in his measurements from CO.
Sorry you are having a crappy experience

We just went to another one in Manhattan hoping it would be a better experience but yet again very disappointed.  There's a couple of manequins with jackets and shirts and vests on but pants...we really need to see the pants especially after reading about the hammer pants above and the ones that were too short the poor guy had to keep his jacket on all night :(
Guess we just have to suck it up and pray for the best right?  I'm sure everything will work out in the end it's just frustrating.

While I agree that the Middletown service was kinda rude when we went to reserve tuxes, I really liked one thing they did, since it was actually a little funny to me...

A week before the wedding, MW called ME, not my husband, whose name was on the account.  ME.  They reviewed all of the guys tuxes and I was just like, "yeah."  Apparently, they call the BRIDE to make sure everything is okay.  I found that so funny!  All I said was "Are they wearing powder blue?  Frilly shirts?  Tails?  No?  Okay, I'm good!"  The woman on the phone laughed so hard.  It just struck me as so funny that they'd call the bride to confirm rather than the groom.

Maybe they should change their slogan from "You're gonna like the way you look, I guarentee it" to "She's gonna like the way you look...I guarentee it"

My FI just called Men's Warehouse to make a change to the groomsmen's outfits and they sent ME an email to confirm his change.  I guess they must have had problems with brides getting pissed off about their groom's choices.  I think it is kind of sad actually.
