  If you can go as far as Chapel Hill you might want to check out Extraordinary Ventures, I'm not totally sure of their price, but they have good multi-functional space. http://www.extraordinaryventures.org

  It's the Jewish Center on Duke's campus.  It would be pretty bland for a wedding venue imo but it's perfect for the dinner I'm having to coordinate.
