  You could always get books or boxes and then cover them with a table cloth or something.

  I worked for a catering company in university, and we did what Jewel mentioned above - containers or glassware holders under table cloths - was a lot easier than finding "pretty" containers that you probably won't use again.  Check your venue - they may have things you can use as well without having to buy them!
