I am not sure about stores, but this is the at home product that I use for my ring. I always get compliments on how shiny it looks. I have the cream and the brightning spray, and I think it is around 20 dollars... lasts for like 3 years. I found it at the Rodeo one year, because they were vendors there.

Jareds Galleria of Jewelry. They take outside jewelry. I got my e-ring from there and brought in a three stone diamond ring my grandma had given me and then bought four of their diamonds and they made me a whole new ring. All of their work is "in-house" so it's very fast turn around time. I go to the one by the Lakeline Mall because I live North Austin. But they have some central and south stores I believe.

Most jewelry stores do repair work (like re-dipping) and will also clean your jewelry too. I use Russel Korman at 38th and Lamar, and they'll clean my rings and earrings even when I'm in getting work done on a watch or other piece of jewelry.

Benold's on Anderson. They're super nice there. We went in to get my wedding band sized (it was my FI's mother's) and they cleaned my engagement ring while we putzed around the store. Everyone who works there is very friendly and not pressure-y.
