    i used to work there. i love the glessner house. the space is geared more for an outdoor event. they have a beautiful courtyard, and they include the coach house (with restrooms) with the rental.
  
      honestly, i dont think they could accomodate an indoor event with that many people. the downside is that they do not have a parking lot, and street parking is INCREDIBLY difficult. my fiance and i actually went to look at the space as a possible venue (since it's been about ten years since i worked there) and they told me they do not have a parking lot, and that they may or maynot be able to find a lot for us to rent; and we would have to hire valet. if i remember correctly they only use D'absolute catering.
   
    i hope this info helps you. i love the space and the history of the area (you can provide a tour of the home for your guests before or after your ceremony also) prairie avenue was VERY exclusive at the turn of the century! it has it's pros and it has some cons. good luck

  I agree with pp. The space is really nice but suited for an outdoor event. The parking is extremely limited. I think mostly permit so you would have to hire a valet.

  We're getting married there in September.
  
  If you want an indoor wedding with that number, Glessner House won't work for you.  They quote 150 as max capacity, but in reality, we were told that they have issues fitting in more than 120.
  
  They do have a parking lot available for rent (we're paying $250 for it).  Keep in mind that spaces are limited, so if tons of your guests are drivers, they may have to look for street parking. I work in the surrounding neighborhood, so I know it pretty well.  Keep in mind that while the block Glessner House is on is gorgeous, the Motor Row area is still extremely gentrified.

  My husband and I got married at the Glessner house in Sepember.  We had 125 guests at our wedding and we rented the courtyard and the coach house.  We also rented the parking lot which is apprx. a half block away.  The parking lot has apprx 60 spaces.
  
  We had dreamed of an outside wedding and reception, but the weather on our wedding day called for rain and thunderstorms, so we had to put up the dreaded tent...which was apprx $800....so keep that in mind.
  
  We used D'absolute catering and received lots of compliments on how good the food was (we did food stations).
  
  What was most attractive to us about the Glessner house was that it is a very blank slate, and they were flexible with the vendors we could use.  Just remember with this venue EVERYTHING is a'la carte.  I had probably 6-7 different vendors to execute the reception.
