I am registering for stainless steal pots and pans, what type of utensils should I register for...silicone, stainless steal, plastic, or wood?

    If they don't have a non-stick coating, you can pretty much use any type of utensil you want. I like silicone spoons and whisks, but steel spatulas and turners.

    You can use any of them, but I would still stay away from stainless so it doesn't scratch your nice new pans.  Like PPs said I prefer silicone utensils, though I do have a metal spatula that's great.
