Lehigh/Bethlehem Pictures - Suggestions wanted!

Hi girls!

I'm getting married in exactly 1 month at the Lehigh University chapel.  We are getting ready at and having the reception at The Hotel Bethlehem.  I'm looking for suggtions on where specifically to take pictures.

The hotel has some nice places, but I feel like the area is so beautiful that there has to be other areas as well.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  I saw a fabulous picture (will put in my bio when I update it tomorrow night, hopefully) taken in the Library.

A consideration is that it will be Dec 18th so it will be cold and I don't want to have the bridal party outside for too long.  (Although I don't mind getting a few quick shots, especially if it's snowing.)

Let me know if you have any suggestions for pictures around campus or around town.  Thank you so much for any help you can provide!

Since it's near Christmas, I would go to the historic Moravian church - Central Moravian - on Main street near the Hotel Bethlehem.  Beautiful outside and in around Christmas time.

Since you'll be on the southside, you could go to the old train depot (behind Perkins-- Sounds fancy, huh?!) or scope out areas of the Bethlehem Steel. How about the lookout at Lehigh with the city below?

This might seem a little grim but there is a cemetary on Church and New St.... Great big trees (and it's close the Hotel Bethlehem).

Down at Stabler there are those huge tree sculptures. A quick drive past the Hotel Bethlehem is Monocacy Park (I think it's off of Center Street (512)?? Going towards Rt 22, it will be on the left.) Beautiful stone bridges and the creek.... really pretty.

    Good Luck!

I just got married last week and we did our photos at Lehigh. We also did our engagement photos there and they looked great. The roses won't be in bloom obviously, but there are so nice places at the Rose Garden in Bethlehem. We also did engagement photos there too.

Thanks, girls!  I'm going to send these suggestions to my fiance and photographer and see what they think is doable and best!  Great ideas, thanks again!
