    Yep - and that's on top of the $35K you're already spending! Plus rentals, additional parties, multiple outfits.... little wonder it all adds up!

    I always think it's annoying when people having normal american wedding think I don't need to budget cause our budget is $40K. Seriously that's a really small budget for our weddings!! If you had to do and pay for everything we do.. none of ya'll would get married!

    LOL @ Deepthi...yeah I don't think most ("American") people would get married if they had to plan for and do everything we have to do!

    I agree that it's definitely a stretch and bargain hunting savvy to make sure we stay within our budget! I am determined to come in under it!

    I don't know if most people wouldn't get married - but we might see a WHOLE lot more elopements than weddings!
