Went to Bridal Show today!

I hadn't been to a bridal show, and me and my MOH went today. It was so fun! My photographer was there and I got to talk to her some. We also got to try some really good cupcakes & cake...yum! I'm pretty sure there were about 4 or 5 photo booth places set up. We took pictures at all of them of course. But now I really want one at my wedding. It would just be so much fun & something that guests could really enjoy. However, they are kind of expensive. It was a good day & I'm in planning mode now which is good cause I still have a few things left to book.

Did anyone/ is anyone going to have a photo booth at their wedding? Was it worth it? & How has everyone's weekend been?

Fun! I went to a bridal show when I first got engaged with my MOH, one of my other BM's and my mom. We had so much fun, I made a dress appt (where I ended up buying my dress), and we got a good deal on tuxes.

I wanted a photo booth too and they are so fun, but it was out of our budget, so we skipped it. I have heard that sometimes people will set up a cute curtain somewhere at the reception, make props, and have one of their camera-savvy friends or family members man the camera and kind of make a DIY one. If you are really creative, you could try this!

The only show I went to, I went by myself so it wasn't fun.  I'm glad you had a blast!  I didn't have a photo booth and the only wedding I've been to with something like that was where they had a back drop and couples/guests could get their picture taken and put on magnets.  The only think I didn't like was that the bride and groom's names are right above us in the picture.  It was like we were them.  Weird.

I'm glad that you had fun at the bridal show!! I've been busy moving into our new house!!

We aren't doing a photo booth. But if you want to have one I would suggest making your own if you can.

    Bridal shows are fun!!

As far as a photobooth is concerned, I wanted one but I was concerned that many of my guests wouldn't use it (we have an older crowd). Also, the price quotes I got for some photobooths were outrageous! I couldn't justify spending that much on it.. :( I do wish I was having one though!

If you do decide to get a photobooth, I'd give out the pictures as favors for your guests!

I think I might try to make our own. We have a camera and a photo printer; it makes so much more sense than paying someone ourtageously to do it.

drama -- that's so exciting that you're moving into your house! & you're wedding is so soon!
