What's next on your to do list??

Right at 5 months away for all of is! So crazy!

I have officially started looking at wedding invitations! I have looked around for awhile, but I'm finally digging in and figuring out what I want!

How about y'all??

Oh, definitely the invites. Thats honestly really the last big thing that I need to do. I already picked them out a Carlson craft pocket I just need to order. I'm going to try by the end of the month. After that? Probably the attendant gifts.

I'm getting my hair cut the first week of May and deciding then what I want to do with it for the wedding. Once that is done I'll order my hair accessories and jewelry.

Invitations are priority number 1 for me. I already have all of the materials, I just need to finish up the design and print them.

I'm really close to finishing my guestbook and card box, I'd like to get both of those done this weekend to cross them off my lists. Then I need to start working on all the paper flowers I'm trying to make!

I can't believe my first bridal shower is in 2 weeks!! We have e-pics and the menu tasting on May 15th. I planned on sending the invites out in May so I have to finish those up. I think it's time to revise my critical path and make official deadlines for completing tasks. I've been so ahead of the game for so long, it wasn't necessary but now that we're getting closer, I'd feel better if I had something more official. (that's the event planner in me tho lol)

Invitations are in the works right now, next is getting my ring and deciding on what the groomsmen will be wearing. I still haven't heard back from our possible officiant, so I may be starting the search for a new one.

I have a phone meeting set up with the caterer to go over everything. Decide on linens.

Still have a few DIY projects I want to get out of the way.

Figure out all this marriage certificate and license stuff so we can get "legally" get married. Actual wedding in Sept will be "fake" I guess you could say. We have a friend who is "officiating" for us but he can't legally so we are doing that part before.

Make my timelines and floor plans/designs how everything will be set up. We can't get in to set up till the morning of so FI and all his guys and our parents will be doing that so I want to make sure they get it right hahaha.

Have you thought about asking your friend to become an ordained minister? My brother did it so that he could officially officiate (haha) my cousin's wedding. He did it all online and I think it was only $25-50. He said it didn't take long either.

Why did I ask this question?! haha Reading through what everyone is doing next makes me feel SO behind!

We will meet with our venu in the next 2 months or so to set up all the little details! (Menu, room layout... whatever else)

Still have to figure out FG dress... Have found several... but can't decide on one!

Need to figure out what the guys are wearing too!

and have several DIY projects to finish up!
