Who Do You Buy Presents For?

It's almost Christmas, and I am curious - who all do you buy Christmas presents for?

DH and I always buy presents for each other, one for every member of my immediate family, and one for each of the names we draw in his family.  Of course we also buy gifts for any dirty Santa parties for work, church, etc.  And we try to donate something to Toys for Tots.

We buy for each other, our siblings and their wives/husbands/kids, our parents.  Not for grandparents.  We do a secret Santa/Yankee swap at my extended family's Christmas on both sides, bring one wrapped secret gift and swap around.

At work we both do cookie exchanges instead of gifts.

We do stockings for each other, and our 2 sets of parents also do stockings for us.

Our church sponsors a family in town that is moving out of the local women's shelter, so we buy gifts/give money to them for grocery cards so the mom can give her kids a Christmas.

We buy presents for each other, our parents, and our siblings/their SOs. We'll of course buy them for our children when we have them, and our nieces and nephews when we have them as well!

We give gifts to each other, our parents, and our siblings. Some of those gifts are homemade, and some are bought. This year DH is also sending Christmas gifts to the other members of his wedding party.

We don't do gifts for each other, we do some for our immedite families and that's about it.

FI is a huge opponent to the commercialism of Christmas and hates receiving gifts.

My parents, my sisters, my brother-in-law, my sister's fiance, closest friends, and closest friend's kids.

I also do for FI, but I'm not doing it yet because I wouldn't be able to give it to him until later, so I'm putting it off for after the holidays.

This year we are doing presents for:
my mom, my dad, his mom, his dad, his brother and his wife, his sister, my best friend, his aunt, his grandma.

My parents send gifts from me to my aunt, cousins, etc.

We aren't doing gifts this year with each other because we're going on vacation in January and we figured we'd splurge then!

We buy presents for parents, siblings, in-laws, FI's grandparents, and we do a gift exchange on my mom's side so we have 2 gifts to buy there.

This year we had a couple big expenses - we are going to Florida with FI's family and are renting our own car, and we had to buy a couch.  So we were counting those as our gifts to each other.  Of course, FI says last weekend when we were talking about presents that he got something for me "he just couldn't resist."  And i have nothing for him.  Grrrr....
