Good Morning! How was your weekend?

Hi everyone! Hope you had a great weekend!

I ran the Pittsburgh Half Marathon yesterday and it went pretty well! It was hotter than expected so I was cautious with my pace, but I finished in exactly two hours, so I was happy with that.

Our rehearsal dinner invites went out last week and everyone seems to like them - Thank you Vistaprint! I worked on our OOT guest bags and a few other DIY projects, I'll have to post a picture later this week. But so far everything wedding related seems to be on track!

How was your weekend? Anything new WR/Non-WR?

Congrats on the half marathon! I have so much respect for anyone who can run long distances like that. Rehearsal dinner invites - exciting! You're getting really close to your big day.

We ordered our invitations this weekend! It was super exciting and made our wedding day seem more real than ever , instead of a far-away-in-the-future event. I had picked out a design beforehand, but my fiance was a great sport and went with me to help finalize the design, choose fonts, etc. I can't wait til them come in!

Congrats on the half marathon! I am not a runner so I too have so much respect for those people!

Congrats to both of you on the invites! I was thrilled when ours came in!

This weekend was fairly uneventful wedding wise. My sister graduated from Miami of Ohio this weekend so we were there all weekend. It was a blast but I might have had a little too much fun on Friday night!

We saw Big Ben on Saturday! I think it's great that he was able to finish school and came back to walk.

Good Afternoon Ladies,

Congrats on the run, that's awesome!!! I'm like the other ladies, I can't do it so definitely a respectable thing to do!

Britt picking out invites totally make it real, congrats!!

My weekend was extremely busy but very fun. Me and my fiance got our marriage license Friday and went out on a date, which we needed some us time. I met with my ushers to go over the weekend itinerary and we went to a housewarming Saturday. And me and the fiance re-furnished our daughters room (to a big girls room) and had her birthday party Sunday. So i'm exhausted at work but no time to sleep. Less than 3 weeks to go

I found out this weekend one of my best friends who is also in the WP might not be able to make it to the wedding, so that was really sad

My grad school had a wine tasting this weekend at the zoo/aquarium so that was super fun!

Congrats on the marathon!

I saw the Avengers with FI Friday night (awesome!), started our registry and went to the Pirates game on Saturday, and fought with my mom over wedding invitations on Sunday. I'm really dreading planning things like that with my mom because she tends to be a negative/miserable person...like over who I "can and cannot" invite. She's not paying for the wedding, so...pretty sure she has no say on that. Argh.

Today made up for it, though; I'm a teacher and I went to the Scholastic Warehouse sale in the Waterfront and got $100 worth of books for $40! And I picked up a scrapbook; I'm going to make my FI an "I love" book where I write down something I love about him every day and give it to him on our wedding day.
