Reception Local Help

Does anyone know of any banquet halls in Las Vegas that allow you to have outside catering?  We want to do build your own gormet pizza but not sure how to make this a reality...

Hi, I think most banquet halls will work with you to customize a menu. I was looking for a while and couldn't find many places that allow outside catering, unless you do an in-suite reception like a lot of girls here do.

One place that I think might allow it is the Plaza at Whitney Ranch.

Also I heard the Lake Club at Lake Las Vegas might allow it as well but I'm not positive on that.

I know Panos Hall (next to St John's Greek church on Hacienda/Jones) allows outside caterers. But anywhere you go, how are the pizzas going to be cooked? I know at Panos Hall outside caterers are not allowed to use the ovens, stoves, etc in the kitchen.

The Henderson Convention center allows outside catering since they don't provide any food and you have access to their warming kitchen for sure - not sure if you can actually cook on site or not.
