Where are you planning on going for your honey moon?

I am very nervous to go to the Caribbean due to the fact September is peak hurricane season....

San Diego and LA. I've never been to California (I'm an East Coast girl) and I didn't want to chance the hurricane season. Hopefully you'll be fine!

We are still undecided as we won't be able to go right away. FI gets to choose a couple of places and I'm kind of nervous. I shouldn't be but I am. I know one place is Jamaica. I'd like to go to Italy or Greece though

We'll be in Aruba the first week of October. We looked primarily outside of the hurricane belt and found that the "ABC" islands (Aruba, Barbados, Curacao) are outside of it.

We just booked ours...a 12 night cruise to the mediterranean. Departs from venice, and finishes in barcelona...with a ton of ports in between. We are going in the middle of october.... So excited!

A cabin in the NC Mountains... I thought about some exotic place but the time of year and the weather was a part of what swayed me from going carribean.
That and the fact that I don't want to be running around trying to see anything and everything for the whole week. I want to be able to relax without worrying about missing my pre-paid excursions and all that - and well the mountains the first week of October I am hoping willl have leaves changing colors then - private cabin no one super close AND outside hot tub with wrap around decks is just awesome to me - totally looking forward to it ...

We are doing a 5 day cruise to Mexico (Yucatan and Cozumel) then staying in New Orleans for an extra night and day. I've never been on a cruise or to New Orleans so I'm excited!

I hadn't even thought about hurricane season! Since we'll be a little strapped for cash, FI and I are planning on taking a honeymoon someplace within driving distance. We were trying to decide between the beach and the mountains. Maybe we'll got for the mountains!

We want to go to the galapagos islands FI's idea.. I think it's pretty original. But arent sure yet when we will be able to afford it. Hoping we will be able to go right after the wedding, but we will see!

We've been saying Venice since we got engaged now I really want to go to Greece but then again I'm on he fence I don't wanna leave my little man at home while I'm on the other side of the world. So Punta Cana and Jamaica are on my research list

We aren't sure where yet - his parents have given us a free week's stay at a resort line where they've accrued points. The line includes a bunch of resorts in a wide variety of locations - we just need to make a decision. Fiance wants something warm and tropical; I'm not a warm weather beach person, I'd prefer something with stuff of interest - historic, sightseeing, etc. We only have a week. I was originally thinking carribean as well, but am worried about hurricane issues.

We decided to Honeymoon in Bora Bora, but we will wait until our 1st anniversary. So right after the wedding we are are going to New Orleans before we do our second wedding in St. Thomas.
