Hello all! I am in need of videographer recommendations! I know martins is usually recommended but I was wondering if anyone can recommend someone else? We are trying to stay around 1500 for this service. Thanks in advance!

    I searched high and low for a good videographer in the $1500-2000 range and couldn't find any that suited my taste and were available.  I liked Stomping Bread Productions (http://www.stompingbread.com/Stomping_Bread_Productions/Pricing.html) but he was booked for my date.

    I ultimately decided to nix the videographer altogether or get one that I would be obsessed with (since I found myself getting bored during the 2 min "preview" videos on most videographers' pages)....if you decide to up the budget a bit, I LOVE my videographer - BE Films...they're a husband/wife team and are very nice.

    Branded Productions. We are spending a little more like $1800 though. So not sure if that works for you but I LOVE their videos. So it was worth it to me

    I used Martin's and was really unhappy with them!!!!  I paid for the 2 camera package and I got a really badly edited DVD that was worse than my sister's video who got married twenty years ago.  Maybe mine was a fluke, but if I were you, I wouldn't use Martin's.  I think they rushed through mine.

    I will disagree with the PP and say I had the most amazing experience with Martins. Their work was excellent and the captured every moment. I didn't want a video and wanted something inexpensive as a compromise, they blew my mind. They were also really great about not being intrusive during the wedding.

    Branded Video is FANTASTIC!  My husband and I were married last July and Branded Video was a fabulous choice for our videographer!  They were so thorough during the planning stages and made sure to take time to ensure that they knew what the biggest parts of the day we were looking forward to.  They took into account all of our hopes/worries/excitement/everything! and we ended up with a fabulous video in the end!
