Wedding Colors!!

Hi! I am a September 8th bride!! My main color is Royal Blue, but now i am struggling with other colors to use!! Ideas are appreciated! thanks :)

    we're doing a color very close to royal blue, and our other colors are like a mossy/earthy green, and ivory. also, our reception hall is mostly green/brown/cream so it gives the whole thing a very earthy feel.
    Happily married since 9/1/2012!

    I'd recommend going to your local hardware store.  (I am aware this sounds strange)  FI and I did that and we used a bunch of paint swatches to look at differences in colors, etc.   It was a huge help :)  Welcome, and good luck!

    Welcome date twin!! We originally had a royal blue color chosen as well and I really loved it paired with a slate grey and chartreuse green. Unfortunately FI wasn't super crazy at the time about wearing a slate grey tux/suit so we changed ours to an eggplant an ivory with slate grey so that he had the option of wearing black or grey.

    Congrats and welcome to the board. I'm with lbarr088. We also did the paint swatches thing because we were afraid our pink and green would clash! If you have any questions, the ladies on this board are super helpful and friendly, so don't be afraid to ask. :)

    Hey - my sister is getting married in May 2013. She is using royal(ish) blue, yellow, with gray accents. Just an idea :)

    We are using plum! I haven't really gotten far enough to pick accent colors yet. Probably when I choose flowers, that'll set a lot of colors.

    We are using royal blue too.....with black.  It is very bold and rich.  And, I was able to go with LBD for my girls with a removable royal blue sash which they love the practicality of!

    I'm doing navy, ivory and gold accents. I liked navy/pink but the fiance wasn't crazy about it :P
