  • I personally haven't been to one, but you might get better feedback if you post this on the Destination Weddings board :)

  • http://beachbumvacation.com/Weddings.aspx may be a great place to start. They are free to use and help you plan and book everything! GL!
  • You may also want to try www.bookit.com. They have a lot of good all-inclusive deals.

We went to P*nta Cana (in the Dominican...theknot won't let me use that word) through them and loved it. Our resort was called Catalonia Royal Bavaro. The Bavaro part meant that it was the "adults only" side of the resort. They had a great beach, great food, and great rooms (at least the block we stayed in). The only downside is that they don't have a ginormous beach area. It was fine for us, but if you are wanting a huge stretch of open sand then you probably won't get that (as the resorts there are one after the other down the beach). I'm sure they are able to set up a pretty decent area for weddings though. Check it out on trip advisor, too!

  • I just started working with Simplyhoneymoons.com on my long-delayed honeymoon, but I noticed they also do destination wedding planning. You should check it out, they were recommended it to me by other Knotties.
  • Zoetry Pariso de Bonita in Cancun (riveria Maya) Mexico is awesome!  It is very private and small resort, so the service is fantastic.  We had a great experience there the week we went.  Although there were other people there, many times it felt as if we had the whole place to ourselves.  It was very romantic.
