i posted a few weeks ago about how i didn't think I was going to get a shower and was a bit bummed because of it.
apparently, my aunt, who lives out of town, called my mom yesterday to ask when my shower was. she wanted to book her plane tickets. when my mom told her that she didn't think she was throwing me a shower, my aunt put up a big fuss and said if mom wasn't doing it, then she would. So now, they're planning it together, and my shower is going to be Aug 18th. Yay! I guess I really do need to register after all
