Unique Reception Venue Help

Does anyone know of any unique reception halls in the suburbs of Chicago that hold 250 people? Looking for a place to have both a ceremony and reception. Something different like an art gallery, or reconstructed warehouse?? I live in the Western Suburbs

    There is an art gallery in Harvard that rents out its space for weddings.....


    It is definitely a stretch of the term "suburbs, but there is a silver lining....it quite literally is at the end of the Paciific Northwest Metra line.  If you have guests that can take the train, it is incredibly convenient!
