Ladies, share something you did or are planning to do for your wedding that you would not dare to tell those closest to you...

I have a recent one...
- My FI and I were talking about our guest list and he asked me why I didn't invite "so and so". This particular person and I were very close but things have changed a lot once this person married. Our relationship never reminded the same but I still care for "so and so" and I am sure the feeling is mutual. My response to FI was "So-so" isn't invited because you (FI), some family members and I dislike "So-so's" significant other. In truth, I can't stand the significant other and this person in particular has a superiority complex which makes it easy to run the mouth and bad mouth people (he has done it to me and FI). We don't need any negativity or such person at our wedding.

    Ugh...you don't need that at your wedding!!!

    So, FI cousin offered to pay for one of our wedding favors. It's a very generous offer but since we're moving in together for the first time after the wedding, we'd much prefer something for our home. So I told her we haven't decided yet but don't know how to be diplomatic about the response.

    I confess that I feel like I am really falling behind on the wedding.  We are having a tiny wedding, but I just feel like there is still so much to do.  I sometimes wish that we just went to an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean so they would have to handle everything, then I would have to worry about family either.  I keep thinking that my parents aren't fans for FMIL and vice versa.  Although, I don't even know if FMIL is going.  She hasnt booked her flights yet.  I have this feeling that she is going to back out because of the flight.  If she does that FI and I will be really upset especially because she just went to our ex's wedding at the beginniing of this month, (which we aren't happy about either). 

    Ok I think that I am done ranting for now...

    Someone I invited to the wedding informally via text I don't want them there anymore. I'm hoping since they don't live local any more they don't come.

    Someone in our synagogue that was on the leadership team with my dad and mom just caused a huge problem this weekend and they decided to leave our synagogue and it was bad. FI is writing and telling them politely due to all of this we don't want them to come to our wedding. The last thing I want is them to cause a scene...

    I can't stand my future FIL. All he does is talk sh** about my FI and his career, but takes full advantage of the benefits. He also never looks me in the eye and directs all questions to my FI. I hate that I will be related to this man and will have the same last name :(
