Rehearsal Dinner Suggestions - West Burbs

Well originally we planned on having our rehearsal dinner at my FI's grandparents country club. I guess everyone assumed it would be ok and didn't call to book it until this week (for November). And it is already booked. My FMIL and FFIL are hosting, but asked me to come up with some restaurant suggestions in the area since they live in out near Joliet and don't know our area well. 

Our wedding is in Elmhurst, so our rehearsal will be there, and hoping to do a dinner somewhere nearby, either in Elmhurst, Oak Brook, probably no far south than La Grange, but in that general area. Our group would be about 30 people so a private dining room would be preferable. Does anyone have any ideas? We are thinking something more casual than the country club would have been, think Olive Garden-esque. Thanks!

    Francesca's in downtown Elmhurst. We worked with another Francesca's location for our RD and loved it-especially the great wine list. :) We went with a package that was about $22pp and included apps, entrees and dessert. There is a back room and the food is consistently tasty at every location we've visited.

    Fitz's Lanes in downtown Elmhurst could be a fun alternative if you want entertainment and casual atmosphere.

    There's also another Italian place a little further north on York Road but I can't remember the name of it now, Armands? Angelo's? Haven't been there but it looks like a cute place and was just remodeled.

    In Oakbrook/Yorktown you should be able to find pretty much any type of restaurant you can imagine. Claimjumper, J. Alexanders, Bucca de Beppo would all be within ten minutes from Elmhurst.

    Great... now Im hungry. :) Good luck choosing someplace!

    I really like the Reel Club in Oak Brook. I always thought it would make an amazing RD location!

    My friend had hers at The Clubhouse in Oak Brook!  Fantastic food, and the private room was very pretty.  The service was also great!

    What about wildfire in oakbrook?

    Club House would also be great

    Zack's place in Hinsdale.

    Silverado is a great burger place in Elmhurst if you are looking to keep it causal. Its on the smaller side but i bet you could rent out the whole bar or half the restaurant.
