5 1/2 inch square program

Hello!

Does anyone have a template for a 5 1/2 inch squre program? All I've been able to find are 6 inch squares and I'd really like to get 2 programs out of 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper. I'm not very tech savvy, but if I have a template I think I could figure it out.

I don't have one that's folded/square, but I have a template in my bio for a program that prints 2 to a piece of cardstock, cut the long way, making two long skinny programs.
