I really need help!!!!

My wedding is on early Sept this year, I hired a local wedding planner on Nov 2010, paid 40% deposit on a total package, including cake, decor, photo, video, flower, basically it's a all in one package. They are not professional at all, before the engagement and prewedding photos, they never ask me what kind of styles I want. They keep pospone our appointments. Until now I havn't seen my dresses yet, and they never give me an idea how the decor will look like. When I ask what else I should do now before the wedding, she said, nothing just wait for the day to come. However, I really feel like I have nothing done yet. I don't know what flower I use, I don't know anything about the Decor, the engagement photos were sooo bad, I couldn't choose anything from there. I stucked... What can I do, should I complained to her... or just try to switch...I really need some ideas now..

I think you should get another planner and don't bother talking to this one anymore.  They don't sound like they're doing anything for you.  I would also report them to the better business bureau.  I'm not sure if you'd be able to file a suit against them, but you can try.

I'm not sure where you're located but you can try some other planners:

    Happily Ever After Event Co.

    Let's Party Consultants

    Butler's Bride

They may be able to assist you.

What is the company?  I hope it's not Global Wedding & Events because we've known for a long time that they are a huge scam, but it does sound like their type of business that you describe!

If they have your money you should try to get that back although it may be difficult.  Get another planner for sure but I wouldn't stop contacting them.  Depending on how much money they took it might not be worth it to go to small claims court. (which costs enough on it's own)

It's so horrible companies do that.

Start by demanding to know hat's going on, be a mosquito in their ear. Don't let up, if they are still not doing what you want, then let them know you will be taking them to court. THis make kick their butts into gear, in the mean time, start looking for another planner and if they haven't done anything, SUE and call the BBB.
