I decided I should post my pictures from when I started Insanity this round. I haven't had dramatic results, but I haven't been eating very well until this last week either. I'm hoping to see more results when I finish this next month. We shall see.
Left: Before, Right: Now

And just so you can see where I used to be, here's a picture of me when I was my biggest.

I'll post again when I get to the end of this next month of Insanity. I'm going to really focus on eating better this month and see what I can do. This weight just gets more and more stubborn as I get smaller though!
Re: Before/Now pictures
You've come so far and you should be really proud! Keep it up!

Still here and still fabulous!
This is also definitely motivation to keep going and try to eat healthier. No more saving my points for junk food!!
You must be so proud and feel so healthy jeesh I gotta get my butt off of the couch.
Since you guys are so awesome and are definitely so helpful to get me to stop seeing my old self and start seeing the new me, I'll post my blog about my journey. It's just one post, but I wanted to write it all down and get it out there. It hasn't been updated in quite a while, but for any that are interested:
Thanks again everyone!!
And I also want to add that if I can do this, anyone can. I never thought I could until I tried it ...
McLKathleen: My greatest motivation is my progress and my guilt. I feel bad when I get off track and I get extra motivation when I see the results. Sometimes you just have to jump into it. I keep track of measurements, weight, BMI and all of that too, so I can see how I am doing in different ways. That helps me too. I also have an old picture of me in the kitchen and a new bikini in the kitchen as motivation along with signs that say "Don't Get Comfortable!" randomly throughout my apartment, lol. There are a lot of ways to get motivated, you just have to find the right one to work for you!
You're so pretty!!! Way to go!
Thank you for sharing something so personal with us!!
You are one goregous woman- inside and out!
I hope you are so proud of yourself for all you have accomplished!
This is me when I see you post about your journey:
I definitely am proud of myself and I loved that picture! I honestly believe that positive thinking is the first step towards reaching any goal!
GREAT job! And yes, I can totally see results. You pretty much rock.
