-5 IN 13 Days!

I'm getting married in 13 days. I would like to lose another 5 lbs before then. Any ideas? I've lost 25 so far, but would like to drop 5 more.  Help!!

  • I would say just work out a lot and try to limit your calorie intake to around 1200 calories.  3500 calories = 1 pound.  so you've just got to burn off that much more than you eat.  good luck!
  • Instead of focusing on numbers for the next two weeks, I would focus on how you look (because in reality, that's what's important).

    Clean eating (no processed foods) really helps me with any bloat. Also cut out sodium/eating out for the next two weeks.

    Going to the gym will help you feel better, and will help (minimally) with muscle definition).

    Whatever you do, make sure you're eating enough calories from now until the big day. You really don't want to pass out at your wedding (trust me!).
  • You could lower your sodium intake the last 3-4 days before the wedding, it will help you lose some water weight.
