Custom Alterations - including removable cap sleeve

Hey ladies - I was hoping that someone could recommend someone who is capable to make short cap sleeves that can be snapped off the dress after the ceremony - the dress place that I am looking at wants to charge over $175 for them (simple lace with few beads) and it seems super pricey).

Also, i will need a hem and some minor alterations for the dress.  Ideally if the alterations place was in Gwinnett it would be great!

This is the dress of my DREAMS - so I want to be sure it is in good hands :)

    I am having all my BM's use "Dora Baker Bridal Alterations" and My dress is not coming in until May but I met with her finally and her prices are reasonable.  Check her reviews on Kudzu.com.  I am using her because she has been highly recommeded on this community.  Good Luck.
