AHHHHHHHH! Help!

Houston! We have a problem!
I am getting married at Taber Ranch on June 12th, 2011. Cache Creek Resort and Casino is 3 miles from there and that's where I planned on everyone staying. I called Cache Creek yesterday to make reservations and they aren't taking any reservations from February 21st, 2011 through September 2011 due to remodeling! Any other comperable hotels are a half hour away!!! I don't know what to do!!!!
Any suggestions??

    Have you called Taber Ranch to see if they know of any hotels that you haven't researched yet?  Most venues have relationships with nearby hotels.  Maybe even Cache Creek knows of some while they have their hotel closed down.

    I thought that there used to be a Bed & Breakfast near Capay, CA.  Maybe you can book it up completely for the most important guests so that they can be close to the wedding.

    Are there any hotels in Esparto?  If it is really a problem, you could rent a shuttle from the hotel to wedding and back.  Otherwise, I'd just get rooms at the closest hotel possible----doesn't sound like there are many options other than that.  Maybe Dunnigan or Woodland is your best bet.

    I did contact Taber Ranch and they gave me some recommendations, but they are all 30 minutes away. And only 45 minutes from my house. It seems silly to drive 45 minutes and stay the night just to drive another 30 minutes to the wedding location. Plus we wanted to stay at Cache Creek so they guys could golf and the girls could do a spa day the day before.
    I called again today and the woman who answered the phone said 'oh yeah, you could book that, but in order to book a block of rooms you'll have to talk to my manager' so she put me through to her manager who told me I COULDN'T book!!! So I asked to talk to her manager, she took my name and number and he called me back rather quickly, he also said they are saving the rooms only for the comped gamblers and do not have availability for and retail reservations! I asked to talk to his manager after 20 minutes of going around with him and he said he will contact me back.

    YYYYYAAAAAAYYYY!
    They called me yesterday afternoon and agreed to blocking 10 rooms! Score!
    Of course it's at a higher rate but still, yay!
