mother of bride dress suggestions

does anyone have anywhere good to get a mother of the bride dress??

we have been to nordstroms, macys, all the stores we can think of that are obvious..

my mother is a little overweight, and wants something is sleeves.. 

any suggestions, we live on the south shore but will travel!

    I took my mom to Botticelli's in Providence--they carry clothing for plus sized women only (not sure what size they start at and if this would work for your mom).  She was able to try on about 15 different styles and ended up picking one with a jacket.  They were really nice there and her dress has arrived and it is absolutely gorgeous!!

    My mom and FMIL got their dresses from Party Dress Express in Fall RIver. They do have lots of plus sizes. Alot of styles have jackets to cover arms. Still waiting to hear that my mom's dress came in but FMIL already has hers. Its a big old mill.

    Also Frugal Fannies sometimes has some but it is deffinately hit or miss with plus size.

    we have been looking at the SSP since I got engaged last summer, and just never found the right dress she is looking for!
