Hi! I am not new to the knot, but this is my first time venturing over to the "Getting in Shape" board. I have been lurking for a couple days, so I thought I would introduce myself! I am getting married Oct. 20th. I have lost about 24lbs so far and hoping to lose 30 more before the wedding. I'm doing it the good old fashioned way with portion control, calorie counting, and exercise. Although, the exercising has been less and less lately since I have been working a lot of OT.

Well that is about it! I hope to get a little motivation to get back on track with exercising and give others some tips and motivation as well!
