Planning another cruise

in January 2012 Weddings

It looks like we may be planning another cruise! This time it will be myself, DH, my sister, mom and grandma. It will be around Thanksgiving this year. Gotta work out all the details but it should be tons of fun!

Mark, you went on NLC for your cruise right? How did you like them?

    I'm feeling this need to get lots of traveling before babies. The small issue at hand is I refuse to put off babies longer than August. I have a short window of travel opportunity and not enough cash, dang it!

     I always say to DH we gotta travel now when we don't have kids! But even when we have kids we will probably just bring my parents along with us so they can help us out, or we will leave the children (child) with them.

    I would love to start trying by August, but I'm not too sure we can if I don't have health insurance. :( We shall see.

    We just won't have the income by Aug.  I will finish my graduate degrees in May, so I will need to make some monies.

    My health insurance is up in Dec in less I get it thru my future employer.

    If you do a cruise, just about all the major lines have a "kids club" type area where you can drop your kids off for the day or while you want to do things without them.  Granted, you still have to pay cruise fare for them....

    We went on NCL and loved it.  It was our first cruise and we learned a few things, but we're already looking at trying to book a European cruise.
