I was wondering if anyone has any advice for me...
I booked Photography by Liz 1.5 years ago for my July 30, 2011 wedding. I do not have my proofs even though our contract says proofs would be completed 4-5 weeks after the wedding. We are now entering week 14. I have been emailing, calling, and sending certified letters without any response. I would go directly to small claims court but you can only sue for money - not the pictures which is what we want.
I'm not sure if anyone has experience in this situation or with Photography by Liz.
